By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

By using the site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login details secure
- Ensuring information you provide is accurate
- All activity carried out under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where misuse, fraud, or unethical conduct is identified.
4. Courses, exams, and certification
Courses and exams are provided for educational purposes.
Certificates are issued based on successful completion of assessments according to stated criteria.
We reserve the right to:
- Update course content
- Modify assessment formats
- Withdraw certification where it has been obtained dishonestly or misrepresented
5. Company accreditation
Company accreditation decisions are based on information submitted through forms and assessments.
Submission does not guarantee approval.
Providing false or misleading information may result in refusal or revocation of accreditation.
6. Payments and refunds
Payment for paid courses or services is required in advance. Payments are processed via PayPal. We do not store payment card details.
Once payment has been received, access to paid course content is normally granted immediately.
Because digital content is provided instantly, refunds are not automatically available once course access has begun. By purchasing a course, you acknowledge that access may begin immediately after payment.
That said, we aim to act fairly and ethically. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, particularly where:
- Technical issues prevent reasonable access to the course
- A purchase was made in error and no meaningful use of the content has occurred
Requests for refunds must normally be made within 14 days of purchase and should be sent to info@ethicalcertifications.com with relevant details.
Exams, assessments, and certification fees are non-refundable once an attempt has been made or a certificate has been issued, except where required by law.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds where misuse, abuse, or dishonest behaviour is identified.
Where a refund is issued, we will revoke any certifications and access that has been provided.
7. Intellectual property
All course materials, assessments, certificates, and website content are the intellectual property of Ethical Certifications unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, redistribute, or resell content without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
We provide the platform with reasonable care and skill, but:
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access
Certification does not guarantee employment, compliance, or legal outcomes
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
